One of the ambulance drivers got out of the vehicle to help his crew take a patient around 10:10 a.m. on the 200 block of West Chelten Avenue, when the vehicle started rolling backward, the outlet says.

When the driver got back into the vehicle to stop it, he accidentally pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake, pinning a worker — identified as 32-year-old Nisha Jaia Renee Dash — between the ambulances, according to the outlet.

She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
